Charming stay with a few bumps

A quaint stay, but it’s not free of challenges. The breakfast offered was delightful, especially the freshly baked pastries. If you have any mobility issues, reach out for room recommendations beforehand. The atmosphere had a unique charm that I appreciated despite the noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel valued. However, the lack of air conditioning in my room was disappointing, especially during the hot weather. It made the room muggy and uncomfortable, which I didn’t expect. Also, climbing up 30 steps to reach my room was a bit challenging after a long day. I wish there were more accessibility options. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite pleasant, and the location couldn't be better.

This was just a prime choice for a brief weekend stay in Ashland with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was super friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. Be prepared for no AC, but the ceiling fan helped.
